The sessions last 4 hours. To be eligible for the PMP exam you must attend a minimum of 9 sessions. If after 9 sessions you wish to review certain topics, you may attend additional sessions at no charge until the maximum capacity of participants per session is reached, according to the other scheduled training sessions.

PMP is a globally-recognized Project Management Professional certification that proves its holder's level of excellence in project management.
According to PMI® (Project Management Institute), Research indicates that employers will need to fill nearly 2.2 million new project-oriented roles each year through 2027. This means skilled project managers will be in high demand.

How does it work?
Immediately after your online registration, you will receive access to the
ProjectMaster platform developed by Calliopée, containing 50+ videos, documents and templates
Within 24 hours after your registration, you will receive a contact message to define together the dates that suit you, as well as two additional accesses:

1 access to the PMI® platform containing all course materials, 15 videos, templates and checklists

1 access to the exam simulator
The course sessions will alternate periods of presentations by the PMI® certified intructor, group or individual exercises, question and answer sessions on the exam, video viewings and discussion sessions.
Before each class, you will need to prepare yourself for the content covered during the sessions in order to get the most out of the discussions.
At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion recognized by PMI®, which, after completing the satisfaction survey, will give you 35 pre-approved contact hours needed to register for the exam.
When does it start?
It starts when you want to start.
The format is set up to allow you to come to the sessions when you are ready. You will need to work ahead of the sessions to cover the lesson topics as you go.
9 class dates are scheduled to complete the 35 hours needed to be eligible to take the exam.
If you have time and feel that it is necessary, you can come to additional class sessions offered on the calendar.
Confirmation of registrations is based on the number of registrants for each session.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get my certificate of achievement for contact hours?
The certificate of completion will be issued at the end of the course. You will need to complete the end of course evaluation to validate the 35 contact hours. The 35 hours will be credited automatically as Calliope is a PMI® partner and the 35 hours are automatically approved. If you decide to do more than 35 hours to further prepare yourself, we will be able to deliver the course certificate before you stop coming to the class sessions so you can already register for the exam and continue to prepare with us until the exam date.
Is the exam fee included in this course?
No, the exam fee is not included in this package. You will have to register and pay for the exam independently.
How long do I have access to the 3 platforms: PMI®, ProjectMaster, Exam Simulator?
Access to PMI® and ProjectMaster platforms is valid for 12 months.
Access to the STS exam simulator is also valid for 12 months. If we opt for another simulator, depending on market proposals, access time might be different.
Will the live online sessions be recorded?
In order to protect the confidentiality of participants, the sessions are not recorded.
What happens if I miss a day of class due to unforeseen circumstances?
Our unique format allows you to come to scheduled sessions and attend additional sessions if needed. To be eligible for the PMP® exam, you must have attended at least nine 4-hour sessions and you can attend more if you wish, during a one-year period, depending on the availability of courses and the number of registrants. So, if you have an unforeseen problem and cannot attend one of the 9 scheduled sessions, you can attend a later session with another group.
What happens if I have registered and can no longer attend the course?
Our unique format allows you to attend the course for one calendar year. It seems unlikely that you will not find suitable dates in such a large time frame. However, if you find yourself unable to attend the course, we will evaluate the options and, as a last option, apply the cancellation policy: registrations cancelled up to two weeks prior to the start of the course will be refunded in full. Registrations cancelled up to 7 working days before the start of the course will be 50% refunded and cancellations made within 7 working days before the first day of the course will not be refunded. In all cases, we prefer a replacement arrangement at another date if you wish.
If you decide to postpone your registration for one year or more, the access we have given you will no longer be valid. You will only have to pay the access fees for the 3 platforms again and we will not charge you any additional fees for your participation in the 35-hour course requirement. However, we reserve the right to charge you an additional fee to validate your attendance beyond the required 35 hours. This is only in the case of deferral of course participation for one year or more.
How is the course organized?
The course sessions are organized into nine 4-hour sessions and are delivered online in a virtual live course environment led by a PMI® certified instructor.
5 lessons (general topics) are covered to work on the 3 domains listed in the exam content outline (People, Process, Business Environment). Before coming to the sessions, you will need to have covered the topics indicated in each session. During the course, parts of the presentations will be given by your instructor, group work will be conducted among participants, discussion sessions will take place and the periods dedicated to working on the exam questions will be handled in an interactive and dynamic way.

The course materials were created by PMI® to ensure the distribution of the essential content for taking the exam.
